Supplement Description
Air Shower are self contained chambers installed from entrances to cleanrooms as well as other controlled environments. They decrease particulate matter entering as well as exiting the clean space. Personnel and materials coming into or exiting the restricted environment are “ scrubbed” through high velocity ULPA-filtered weather jets with velocities associated with 20-25m/s (4000-4500fpm).
